At Lovely Dresses Shop, as a destination for high-end apparel and luxury jewelry, our top priority is to deliver exceptional service to our valued clientele. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly—please note that specific terms apply to luxury jewelry returns, as detailed below.

Policy Validity

Our Refund & Return Policy is valid for 60 days from the date of delivery. If more than 60 days have passed since you received your order, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

High-end apparel:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the exact condition in which they were received, with all original tags, dust bags, and packaging intact.

Luxury jewelry:
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition, accompanied by the original gift box, certificate of authenticity, and warranty card (if applicable).

Important: Jewelry returns require prior communication and confirmation with our customer service team. Please refer to the section below titled “Special Terms for Luxury Jewelry Returns.”

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made high-end apparel or luxury jewelry tailored to individual specifications
  • Final-sale items, including promotional or discounted apparel and jewelry
  • Luxury jewelry that has been worn, damaged, or returned without prior customer service confirmation
  • Items missing original tags, packaging, or authenticity certificates

Special Terms for Luxury Jewelry Returns

Due to the high-value and delicate nature of our jewelry items:

  • After placing a jewelry order, you must first contact our customer service team through the channels listed below to confirm any return or exchange request
  • Jewelry returns will not be processed without prior communication and approval
  • Approved jewelry returns will incur a 20% processing fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount based on the item’s order value

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • We will email you to confirm receipt of the returned item
  • We will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected

If approved:

For apparel:
A refund, excluding non-refundable shipping fees, will be credited to your original payment method within 1-3 business days.

For jewelry:
A refund, excluding the 20% processing fee and non-refundable shipping fees, will be credited to your original payment method within 1-3 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  • Please recheck your bank account or credit card account, as processing may take 1-3 business days
  • Contact your bank or credit card provider, as posting delays may occur
  • If the issue still persists, please contact our customer service team using the information below

Exchanges

Apparel:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact our customer service team first with your order details to arrange an exchange for the same item.

Jewelry:
Exchanges are subject to the Special Terms for Luxury Jewelry Returns. Please contact our team for confirmation before proceeding.
